Lingwell is a guided, AI-supported reflection tool designed to help users organize thoughts and prepare for meaningful conversations.
This Privacy Policy explains how Lingwell collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Lingwell product.

Lingwell processes user-provided text using automated artificial intelligence systems to generate reflective responses and structured summaries.
Lingwell is designed for personal reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical service, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage health conditions.
Lingwell does not continuously monitor user content and is not designed to identify or respond to crisis situations.

Lingwell retains identifiable user data only as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain access to prior sessions.
Users may request deletion of their data through Lingwell's website. Lingwell will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill such requests.
De-identified and aggregated data may be retained for system improvement purposes.
Lingwell is not designed for the storage of regulated health records or protected health information unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
Users are encouraged not to submit medical records, insurance information, or other highly sensitive identifying data.
