Lingwell does not provide therapy, crisis counseling, or emergency support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent assistance, please contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

2. Voluntary Use

Your use of Lingwell is voluntary. You may discontinue use at any time.

Lingwell is designed to support reflection and clarity. Outcomes may vary, and no specific results are guaranteed.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Lingwell is designed to protect user privacy.

• Session content is transmitted securely and stored in encrypted form.
• Users are encouraged not to include unnecessary identifying details in their entries.
• Individual session content is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
• Organizational administrators may see user email addresses associated with their organization's account.
• Users control whether summaries are shared. No summaries are shared automatically.

4. Acceptable Use
